2.500 Lowongan Pekerjaan

Jakarta - Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN)
Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia akan membuka
lowongan untuk 2.500 sarjana di seluruh
Indonesia. Sarjana ini, nantinya akan
diberdayakan untuk membina plasma sapi
milik RNI di pedesaan.
Direktur Utama RNI, Ismed Hasan Putro
mengatakan, perusahaan akan merekrut para
sarjana ini mulai tahun 2013. Menurutnya,
berbagai jurusan diperbolehkan melamar,
namun lebih diriporitaskan jurusan
peternakan dan pertanian.
"RNI butuh 2.500 sarjana masuk desa untuk
membina masyarakat plasma yang akan
mengelola sapi. Sarjana pertanian,
peternakan, jurusan lain juga boleh saja.
Yang penting dia mau menggerakan desa,"
ungkap Ismed kepada detikFinance , Minggu
(30/9/2012).
Ismed menambahkan, hal ini dilakukan untuk
mengurangi tingkat pengangguran dan
pembukaan lapangan kerja baru bagi sarjana
yang sulit mencari pekerjaan, terlebih
penghasilan yang akan didapat oleh para
sarjana ini cukup besar.
"Nanti mereka dapat insentif per bulannya Rp
1,25 juta. Itu belum termasuk dari sapi yang
juga dia kelola, setiap tahun di alokasikan 10
sapi," tegasnya.
Tak hanya itu, apabila para sarjana ini
terbukti memiliki kinerja yang baik selama
masa kerja 2 tahun, maka secara otomatis
PT RNI akan merekrut mereka untuk menjadi
pegawai tetap di RNI.
Tak hanya sarjana, Ismed mengungkapkan,
perusahaan pun akan memberdayakan 2.500
pemuda pemudi desa di lokasi tempat
peternakan sapi yaitu Padang, Subang,
Indramayu, Palembang, dan Cirebon.
"Pemuda-pemudi itu akan memiliki tugas
yang sama, yaitu membina para plasma
sapi. Daripada mereka menganggur tidak
memiliki pekerjaan," ungkapnya.
"Sapi ini bukan hanya sekedar bisnis, tapi
juga untuk mengajak mereka berwirausaha,
membuka lapangan kerja dan menggerakan
roda perekonomian di desa," tutupnya.

Responsibilities
To develop our presence, market share and brand visibility in the construction market (contractors, architects, consultants, applicators, end users, home owners)
To implement the actions of the companys commercial action plans and achieves the sales targets according to the budget
To maintain and develop the best possible relationship with our construction network, and provide them with our best possible technical support and services
To organize and conduct some products demonstrations and animations at the project site
To participate in the evolution of our strategy to our construction network, and propose some evolutions of our services, displays, mock ups, marketing tools, etc
To update permanently our customers (contractors/architects/consultants) database and files
To deal with customers complains, by preparing the complaint documents and follow up to the internal progress
Requirements
Age 26 – 35 years old
Minimum S1 Civil engineering or Architecture
Ideally have 2-3 years experiences in related fields, but fresh graduates are welcome
Dynamic and motivated young people
Good team player, good communication and negotiation abilities
Good command of English, Windows, Excel, Word
Driving license A is a must
