THE CHEDI CLUB UBUD urgently looking for candidate as follow :

GUEST SERVICE MANAGER

Job specification :
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • College degree of four-year study, preferably hotel or restaurant management and/or business administration.
  • A minimum of four years’ experience as a line employee, preferably in Rooms.
  • Experience as manager or assistant manager in one of the following areas: Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, or Reservations.
  • Two to three years’ management experience required at an assistant department head level.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Fidelio, Lotus, Microsoft Office and knowledge of basic financial operations.
  • Strong people skills, communication skills and the ability to work as part of a productive team.
