Sales Officer Development Program (SODP)
Responsibilities:- Rabobank International Indonesia is looking for recent graduates with strong interest in developing career in SME Banking through comprehensive 6 months development program that will lead them to become future TOP Sales Officers
- Preferred bachelor degree graduates with minimum GPA 2.75
- Has 1 year working experience as sales in any industry, banking or financial institution would be an advantage
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must
- Has strong interest and passionate in building career as future sales in banking industry

- Strong sales and client orientation
- Proactive, dedicated and committed
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
